Commercial Description:
If you dream of wheat this brew will get your toes tapping. Since 1995 we have brewed Bavarian style wheat beers exclusively for the same great state that grows and malts our own Wisconsin wheat. In a world full of posers this is a true hefe-weizen naturally 100% bottle fermented and hazy.

Expect this beer to cascade effervescent into your glass. The rich spicy clove and cinnamon notes will greet your nose while sweet fruit and wheat kisses your lips.

Lick the foam from your mouth and admit sometimes you just gotta get up and dance.

Bottle with thanks to thirdeye11. Pours golden yellow. Awful aroma like bad bananas. Flavor is alright. Citrus with some spices. Good mouth feel with a nice aftertaste. I just can’t get past the smell.

Bottle thanks to BarrytheBear (BA)!
Transparent gold, thin white head that dissipates near-immediately, rather tepid looking. Banana and wheat rule the nose, some minor citrus. Wonderful rounded edge in the flavor, the wheat balanced nicely with some sweet fruit and light spice. Lightly carbonated, perfectly drinkable. More enjoyable than Crackd Wheat, though slightly medicinal with warmth.

Bottle. Hazy deep gold body with a big frothy white head that slowly diminishes. Aroma of banana, wheat, bready yeast, clove and bubble gum with a touch of orange and lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and moderately tart. A bit of plastic taste shows up in the finish as well. Medium to full body, slick texture and moderate carbonation. This is a thick, rich hefe which is on the sweet side, but finishes nicely tart. Very good.

Hazy yellow with a large frothy white head that surprisingly didn’t retain very long. Huge aroma of banana, clove, and spice. The flavor is big an banana, lots of clove, and has a bit of lemon zest on the finish. Medium bodied at best, moderate carbonation, and a nice crisp finish. One of the better hefes I’ve had.

( 12oz bottle) Pours opaque yellow, light bubbles. Nose of wheat, spices, banana. Taste of citrus (orange), clove, sweet malt. Smooth and very drinkable. Nice palette linger here too. One of my favorites for an every day drinker.

Bottle from MrPickles.
Bright yellow with the typical hefe haze. A big, fluffy, foamy white head that sticks around forever. Aroma yeast, bananas, and bread...and also quite spicier than any hefeweizens that I’ve had. Flavor is full of bananas and a nice refreshing fruitiness. An enjoyable wheat beer.

As good a hefe as I’ve had anywhere, I suspect. Ticks all the boxes you expect it to - banana, clove. Nice mouthfeel and bags of character. Great work. (Bottle courtesy of Oslo - thanks buddy - at the Milson Point park session September 09)
