Commercial Description:
This “Nobel-Pilsner” is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish.

Pours gold with thick, foamy head. Smells of grain, sugar, a bit of hops and a touch of corn. Crisp taste with a dry finish, very drinkable. Impressive body for the style: I’m a fan.

Courtesy TheCheeseman. Pours a crystal clear dark gold, with a thick, foamy, pearly white head. Smells of some crisp grain, chewy malts, either some caramel or vanilla, and a touch of some hops as well. The flavor was pretty crisp, really easy drinking brew. The caramel malt seemed to show up alot in the flavor along with some corn, hops, and grain that you usually get in pilseners. Quite drinkable and refreshing.

Pours a golden color that is crystal clear. A good amount of carbonation. The head reduces to nothing very quickly. Smell is malty and a little bit of hops. Taste is crisp with a good clean finish that makes you want to drink more... Nothing special but pretty damn good for what it is.

This beer pours a typical light golden colour. Head is medium sized, off white colour. Aroma is moderately malted with plenty of fruit. Pears, green apple, and celery flavors. Finishes clean and crisp.

Has that great German Malt aroma, very bready ,taste dosen’t hold the strength of the aroma, that wonderful German grain flavor doesn’t come through strong.still much preferable to a macro, but probly not up to the Capital Standards

It’s baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! Pours shimmering crisp golden color with a medium bubbly head. Aroma is straw, light citrus, with slightly floral hops. Taste very crisp and smooth, and has a nutty and lemon finish. A great staple beer!

Beer pours a light golden color with a quarter inch of head with a ring of lacing that lasts throughout. Hints of flowers in the aroma. Taste is slightly sweet at beginning with a hoppy finish. Mouthfeel is nice and full. Very drinkable brew, definately a pilsner that I will be frequenting when the opportunity arises. Let this beer warm a little, not room temperature, but it gets better when it’s not ice cold.

Pours a nice, but small head that sticks around and leaves a good lacing. Looks crisp and clear and well carbonated. Smells very nice, like rich barley and it’s very smooth. Tastes very smooth and like a richer, full-bodied pilsner than other pilsners-such as Miller. It’s smooth on the palate and finishes very smooth. It was a very enjoyable bier.
