| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 12, 2006 Just got this on July 29th in a mixed six-pack of New Glarus. If this is retired, I’m pleased that there were two in my six pack. Pours a light golden red, with a frothy white head. A very malty yeasty aroma with plenty of carbonation and nice lacing. The flavor is smooth, but not as sharp as a pilsner should be. Very clean with a light hop finish. Not the best pilsner, but a good beer overall.
