Commercial Description:
This “Nobel-Pilsner” is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish.

Bottle pours golden, small white milk froth like head, copious amounts of carbonation, with spotty lacing.   Malts and corn on the nose.   Malts and sweet grass on the tongue.   Full body and somewhat thick/creamy mouthfeel for this one.   Finishes with a very minor light fruit taste, somewhat clean and crisp.   This was a rather reasonable Pilsener.   Thanks goes out to CaptainCougar for the trade!

This is a great pilsener. Has a nice gold body with little head. Aroma is earthy with green beans, grass and some sweet flowers. The mouthfeel is surprisingly full and creamy. The taste is bitter with some bread and a little grapefruit. A great summer treat.

Small frothy head, orange-yellow body. Medium fresh grassy, flowery aroma. Flavor at first seems a little too sweet, but it really isn’t. Its pretty good, but light, with sweet grassy lemon hints. Carbonation is a little too tingly, but the texture seems a little nicely thick at times. Overall, good and enjoyable.

Clear, amber body with a thin, white head. Big, rustic hop nose of grass, crisp flowers, a little grain and some light caramel. The body is creamy at times with soft carbonation, and crisp and refreshing at others. The flavors are refreshing and well balanced. The malt offerings have a grainy, slightly sweet bit that is pleasantly offset by the fresh bitterness of the hops. The finish is short and brisk, leaving the mouth refreshed and pleased. A pleasant pilsener.

Clean crisp and refreshing as a pils should be. Golden in color. Little head retention. Not as hoppy or bitter as most pils however, still very inviting and drinkable.

12 oz bottle: fluffy white cream with a dark orange golden body. Brisk aromatics with brittle hay and winey malt among a moist hop field. Bubble gum hop flavours with a good deal of red delicious apple skin and sour lemons. Fizzy palate that boarders on being overcarbonated, but does a good job extending a light bitter finish.

Poured a nice shiny coppor color, with a bubbly pancake head. Nice hop profile in the aroma, less hop in the flavor and finish. Just as advertised, creamy and smooth. Perfect balance of barley and yeast...not too light or waterly, not too slick or thick. This is as drinkable as they come.
