Aroma is corn, leafy and fruity malts. Flavor is a little veggie, fresh noble hops. Dry mouthfeel but with lively carbonation. Aftertaste has some more of the canned corn going on. Not bad but just not really my style. MoDog (927), Griffith, Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2008 Poured from a 12oz bottle and served in a footed glass. This pilsener poured a crystal clear golden with a one-finger thick head of white foam that lingered for a while. A thin coating of bubbly lacing was left behind. The aroma of the beer was made up of biscuit, slightly sweet malt, and a crisp and spicy hop note. The flavor consisted of bread, mild lemony citrus, and lightly herbal, grassy hops. Just a slight hint of toast in the finish. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with light carbonation. Maybe it could use a little more crispness. A clean, decent pils. Highly sessionable. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 17, 2008 Light clear golden appearance. Aroma is very earthy and grainy with a slight hoppy finish. The taste is about the same. Not getting what Dan was trying to convey here. WallyWalrus (205), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 16, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a clear, effervescent straw color with a thin white head. Aroma is mild and earthy, with notes of grain, earth, yeast, and a bit of floral and citrusy hops. Body is light and creamy, with a very grassy taste giving way to a sweeter, crisper finish of citrusy hops. Earthier than most pilseners I’ve had, but still very refreshing. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 16, 2008 Exceptionally light aroma with a striking appearance: golden flax in color with a frothy and bone-white head.
Flavor is that of wheat, yeast, and ending in a slightly fruity finish that quickly dissipates from the palate.
Would be a nice beer on a hot summer afternoon alongside grilled chicken and a tangy pasta salad. Alldaydrinker (558), Norwood, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 14, 2008 Courtesy of monger! Pours a clear golden color with a small white fizzy head that dissapates to near nothing. Aroma is grassy, earthy, grain with a touch of citrus. Initial taste begins with light grain, tangy, grassy hops. Finishing crisp and lemony. Refreshing but simple. Light body. Average palate duration. Davinci (296), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Clear light yellow pour with nice fluffy head, which unfortunately dissapeared too quickly, maybe my glass wasnt clean enough. Aroma is slightly grainy, herbal and grassy hops, and just a hint of citrus. Flavor is a refreshing mix of lemony citrus and herbal/grassy hops. Sweetness is pretty subdued. Body is light and refreshing with a fairly clean finish. I really like the mild acidity of this one on a warm day today. That went down way too easy, wish I had more. Thanks 17thfloor.
