Commercial Description:
This “Nobel-Pilsner” is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with ughsmash (thanks!). Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of lemons, wheat, and light grass. Wheaty/grainy tasting with lemon. Refreshing and easy to drink

This is a pretty well rounded beer. I’m just not a big pilsner fan i guess. It has a nice malt/hop balance, but a bitter aftertaste reminiscent of macrobrews.

Clear metallic-golden beer under thick, dense yellowish head with some sparce lace. Cocos, grass, pale & dry malts, whiff of noble hops. Sweet malts, nearly sugary, abound before a very faintly hoppy background, lending it a more neutral finish. Very carbonated, light MF. Sweetness reverts to the long aftertaste. Very classical Pilsener. Thanks, DA!

Pours godl with a nice white head. Smells of crisp malt, light spice, some peppery splashes. Tastes dry and perfumy with a straw like finish.

A decent enough Pils, golden bodied with a bubbly white head. The aroma is light, fresh cookie dough blanketed by an earthy, herbal hop scent. It a bit creamy for style, not enough "spritz" in the mouth. The flavor is sweet and grassy, malt with some light hop bitterness. The hops have more of a presence in the finish, but are a bit overbalanced by the malty sweetness one last time.

Realized that this deserved a new rating. Light golden color with an aged ivory colored head. Mild herbal hops noted along with a hint of pale malt. Crisp and fairly light on the palate. Enough malt to let you know that his not just any lager. Light noble hops seem to dominate the flavor, but the malt does come into the picture mid quaff. A nice bohemian pils.
