Mouthfeel is creamy. Moderately flavorful, mostly carmel with hints of toffee and barley. A note of hops greets the palate at the finish. A good beer but not as good as others from this premium brewer. Pairs well with deep fried foods, especially cheese curds or a blooming onion.
