Commercial Description:
100% Wisconsin malt of six different varieties impart the natural toasted color to the bottle conditioned unfiltered ale. Clean hazelnut notes result from these carefully chosen barley malts. Hops from Slovenia, Bavaria and the Pacific Northwest give Fat Squirrel its backbone.

Very nice, i had this at Sparti’s Gyros off of 94. This beer had a nice rich full nut flavor, with a solid mix of hops and malt. It finishes very smooth. I am not sure if the amazing food made this beer better then it really was.

Pours nicely and with practise you can give it a full finger width of head. This beer smells very fresh, like a barley field in summer with a hint of coffee flavor. It feels full and a little fizzy in my mouth and leaves a fresh grain aftertaste with a little coffee flavor just like it smells and ends with a hint of hops.

12oz bottle-A dark amber light brown body with a small ring for a head. An aroma of roasted malt and nuts. Taste of the same with a nice sweetness on the back end. Nice tasting brown.

Bottle trade from shigadeyo. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted sweet nutty malt aroma. Medium body with lively carbonation. Solid balanced toasted flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good complex brew.

Poured a clear light brown, with some ruby vibrance to it. A small white head dissipated quickly and produced only some lacing. The aroma was thin chocolate, roasted malt and light spice. I got "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" cereal. The flavor was chocolate, roasted, smokey malt and light spice. The mouthfeel and carbonation were fine. I kind of rolled my eyes when I pulled this from the fridge, but ended up really liking this beer.

12oz. bottle. Pours brownish amber in color with an off-white head. Ovaltine chocolate malt, hookah rose, nutty caramel, slightly poppycock-ish in a way on the nose. The palate is solf and a little oily. The flavor reveals more hops than I picked up on the nose, which are herbaecious, and the malt is mild with the chocolate translating well.
