Straw colored with a slight haze and a small , tight head. Aroma of citrus, spice and pale malts. Flavor of crisp grain, citrus and spice with a sweet malt finish. bitter hop and smooth malt finish rounds it out very nicely. Very good.

Jul 14, 2008 Hazy apricot with a minimal head, decent hazing. Crisp and refreshing beer. Grassy hops, light malt, dry finish. Pretty well balanced brew.

May 28, 2008 pours a bright golden colour with a foamy white head. Lacing that is left behind is scattered. Aroma carries peach, apricot and pineapple notes. Taste is clean and refreshing. Flavors of grass, honey and hops.

Apr 17, 2008 12oz bottle. Clear yellow color. Aroma of spicy, grassy hops. Flavor is of light malt, quickly followed by big hop bitterness. Lots of hops is what we like. Overall this beer has a great Pilsner character with a nice Saaz spiciness.
