Commercial Description:
This Ale is brewed with the best of Old and New World hops. Then we infuse the aging tanks with a dry hop addition of Cascade and East Kent Goldings to bring home the hops! Expect this Ale to pour a glass brimming with rich caramel flavors along with an intense hop aroma

12 oz bottle. Poured amber with a thin head. Good hop aroma. Piney hop flavors are the most evident although hints of caramel and toffee come through. Overall this one was a bit thinner then I would have liked.

Pours a beautiful head that leaves a great lacing that’s practically stuck to the side of my glass. It has a clear golden brown dark color. The taste is a very piney hop smell that has a very sweet tang to it. It tastes just like it smells. The mouthfeel is watery.

Poured a clear orange color with a sticky tan head. Mild earthy hop and yeast on the nose. Flavors are pine, toasted malts, pepper, and carmel. A little thin and dry.

Pours amber with little head. Hops and sweet malts in the nose. Tastes of hops, citrus, and caramel. Kind of odd with the caramel, but in a good way. Finished dry and bittersweet. Different but good.

Bottle trade from shigadeyo. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus and fruit aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Solid bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good complex brew.

Bottle, thanks to after4ever. Pours a hazy copper with a lacy off-white head. Medium body. Sweet caramel, citrus, peach nose. The taste echoes these notes. Lingering finish.

Bottle. Poured a beautiful dark amber with a thick off-white head, nice lacing. Floral cascade hops dominate the aroma with their sweetness. A slap of full sweet hops up front with a balanced bitterness. Fairly sweet tasting all around. Great creamy full body, bitterness lingers.
