Pours a reddish-amber with off white head. The nose is citrus/floral hops and some medium caramel malt. Comes across the palate malty with strong flavorful hop presence. Significant bitterness with a pleasantly soft edge. Medium body and texture, crisp finish.

Deep amber coloured beer. Thin head. The aroma is lightly hoppy. Light pine with a sort of sweet fruitiness as well. Fairly deep maltiness with a lot of chewy sweetness. Some light medium crystal and maybe some darker Munich-type base malts. There is a bit of light citrusy character. It’s tasty enough, but it’s nothing special either. Sort of indistinct because the hops are completely overwhelmed by the sweetness.

Pours clear copper with amber highlights and a 2 finger, chunky, off white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, and leafy hops, some dark caramel and tofee and a bit of biscuit. Flavor is dark caramel, toasted grain, biscuit, melon, berries... then come the hops lots of pine and a little citrus come in near the finish with a decent amount of bitterness. This stuff really lets the malt have it’s 15 minutes before the hops crash the party. Finish is citrus, planty and somewhat less pine hops with a burnt sugar finish. Palate is medium to thin and dry with a somewhat "juicy feel". Similar to Two Hearted, where it sort of makes you salivate like fruit juice to the point where you can feel the separation of the two different liquids inside your mouth. At least I think that’s what’s going on... Overall this is a really good IPA the hop profile is a little more "English" than I generally like but it carries it well. Good stuff for sure.

Reddish copper colour with a thick pillowy off white head. Resiny hop aroma, some citrus as well, over a toasty caramel maltiness. Smooth flavour, much more malt forward than expected. Good malt sweetness With a liittle burnt caramel bitterness playing with the balanced subtle hop bitter finish that’s a bit of a creeper. How did they manage to make the Aroma so hop forward and the flavour so deep and malty??

Copper pour with a light tan head.Nice hop aroma, some malt. Nicely balanced tasting beer, The hops and malt work great together. The malt giving a sweet rich taste and the hops coming in to deliver the win. It also leaves a nice aftertaste, Slightly creamy mouthfeel. Nice lacing on the glass.

Bottle via trade. Another great one from NG. Pours an attractive golden-amber with a nice yellowish head. Great piney hop and sweet malt aroma. Flavor is sweet caramel malt balanced by piney, grapefruity hops. Palate is very creamy for the style with soft carbonation.

Very good IPA. Reddish-amber pour with short, but lasting, off-white head. Aroma is citrus/floral hops and some medium caramel malt. Flavor malty with strong flavorful hop presence. Significant bitterness with a pleasantly soft edge. Medium body and texture, crisp finish.
