Commercial Description:
This Ale is brewed with the best of Old and New World hops. Then we infuse the aging tanks with a dry hop addition of Cascade and East Kent Goldings to bring home the hops! Expect this Ale to pour a glass brimming with rich caramel flavors along with an intense hop aroma

This beer says hello with the hearty fragrance of roasted hops and the background aroma of clove. It is a wet cinnamon color with a decent sized head to its credit. This beer flows over the tongue in a thin manner. It slowly grabs the tongue with a taste of hops and caramel then fades back to hoppy as it is swallowed.

This was my favorite back when I lived in Wisconsin. Very tasty. I wish we were able to get it out here in Oregon. Oh how I miss it.

Floral hoppiness really hits you in aroma and flavor! Definitely bitter, but doesn’t bite. This is one for all hopheads to enjoy.

Bottle. Pours a nice copper color, with a well laced, if short lived, head. Medium hoppy nose, followed with a middle long on caramel notes. Finishes dry. I’d like to try this on draught. Roadtrip!

12 oz bottle, via trade w/ 1FastSTi. Pours a crystal clear copper under a finger sized fluffy off-white head. Resiny hop aroma, some caramel maltiness, and grapefruit. Flavor is rather one dimensional, bitter enough for an IPA but it lacks much depth. Notes of pine and citrus but lackling overall in malt. Fairly thin in the body. This just needs a little more malt to balance out the hoppiness. Drinkable enough though!

One of my standby IPAs. I find this eminently refreshing with a pleasant malt backbone and a hop finish that doesn’t try to overwhelm the senses. All the typical citrus and pine notes of a good IPA. Kudos to Mr. Carey yet again.
