Commercial Description:
This Ale is brewed with the best of Old and New World hops. Then we infuse the aging tanks with a dry hop addition of Cascade and East Kent Goldings to bring home the hops! Expect this Ale to pour a glass brimming with rich caramel flavors along with an intense hop aroma

Crystal clear and copper colored with a thin creamy head and an apparent low carbonation. Strong citrus and pine hop aroma with a little celery. Big in body with a sweet lingering finish. Hops dominate the flavor with some malt and caramel backing them up. Interesting hop profile that has some citrus, spice and earthiness. Holds its own, though I would prefer it to be drier.

Absolutely beautiful appearance of fiery orange with a foamy off-white head. Obvious use of dry hopping with this beer. Strong hop aroma with an underlying sweetness. This contributes to somewhat of a let down in the flavor as it doesn’t live up to the smell. A slight roasted sweetness up front with a very abrupt bitter finish. In the end, if this tasted as good as it smells I would have rated it higher

bottle. Appearance: Nice brown color. Bronze shine to it. Excellent bubbling throughout. Thin head. Watery looking head. White in appearance. Aroma: Grapefruit. Sweet malts. Cascade hops. Grass hops. Kinda died down quickly. Grapefruit died down to the grassiness. Flavor: Grassy hop. Caramel. Flavor is smooth yet too light on the hoppiness. Heavier on malts. Palate: clean smooth bitterness, excellent carbonation. 10 second taste. Overall, this isn’t true to style of an IPA. Its a bunch maltier than I’d say an IPA should be. More like a barleywine.

Decent sized head. Good lacing as the head reduces. Good carbonation. Big roasty hops aroma. Interesting conflict in the aroma. Seems like the hops and roastyness are vying for top bill. Color is a slightly cloudy dark copper. Bitter and dry flavor. Palate is a little chalky. More roasted grains in there also. Finsih is dry and bitter with a lingering hint of smoke. A decent IPA.

Floral aroma starts off strong. This misleads the thinner, fizzy nature of the beer. A slight metallic taste, coupled with a seemingly high carbonation, gives New Glarus’ IPA a very dry taste, not what I’m a huge fan of. Crisp, acidic, and bitter, good for its style, but I suppose I’m just not a lover of IPAs.

Oranges and pineapple esters on the nose w/ hints of flowers, pine, and a candy sweetness. The flavor was great and full of oranges and pineapple, w/ hints of pine, flowers, and candy. The beer poured a reddish brown color w/ orange highlights; very slight head and thin lacing. The mouthfeel was light and carbonated. Thanks Vac!

This IPA pours with a red-amber body topped by a thin head with some lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet yet slightly bitter with nice citrusy hop notes and a touch of mint. The flavor is slightly sweet and malty with an underlying bitterness, a little citrus an a touch of mint. Medium bodied, smooth and slightly tingly.

Deep copper/amber color, with a foamy head that disappeared almost immediatley. Aroma is more fruity than citrusy, with a slight garden scent. Nice, crisp mouth feel. Fairly well balanced flavor, though it weighs a little too far to the malt side for my taste is IPA’s. Overall, it’s good,, but not my favorite. I’d like to try it on tap.
