Commercial Description:
This Ale is brewed with the best of Old and New World hops. Then we infuse the aging tanks with a dry hop addition of Cascade and East Kent Goldings to bring home the hops! Expect this Ale to pour a glass brimming with rich caramel flavors along with an intense hop aroma

Poured a slightly hazed amber with a medium sized off-white head. Hop forward floral and citrus aroma. Covers most of the malt. The flavor is well blended with malt and citrus hops. Bready malt. the bitterness is mild. Light to medium bodied.

My first NG beer, thanks toncatcher! There’s a really beautiful copper color to this, tan head recedes into a crown. Smell is robust, I can smell it from afar..pine and citrus. Taste is surprisingly balanced and tasty, superior mouthfeel. Hops are there, but this isn’t a bomb. Really great IPA and one that doesn’t follow the run of the mill.

This bottle says I.P.A. around the neck. Lovely red-orange with an off-white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of Grand Marnier and light candy hops. Flavor starts with light bitter hops and a fruity background that is refreshing up front. There is something about all New Glarus beers - a bready quality that is almost a signature. This is true in this otherwise fine IPA and the beer loses in the finish. But this may be my favorite NG.

Damn good IPA! The hop aroma is old world, spicy and musty. I love that aspect that is retains this must, yet doesn’t affect the flavor any. Pours amber brown with white head. Flavor is sweet, but not cloyingly. Definite contender for a Midwest IPA.

Bottle. Poured a nice amber brown with lots of carbonation. Aroma of fresh hops and grapefruit. Flavor was very good, a nice balance of malt and bitter hops with noticable citrus. Another solid New Glarus offering.

12oz bottle. Pours a nice amberish color with a quickly fading, slight white head. A somewhat pleasant, not too overwhelming, aroma of different varieties of citrus and fruity hops. Flavor heavy on the malty carmel aspect while nicely integrating the hops into the mix. Nicely carbonated. Very accessible for an ipa. However, not incredibility hoppy for an ipa. Very pleasant, but I wish there were more hops!! What can I say, I’m spoiled year round with all the Two hearted and Furious I can drink. While this is a still a pleasurable ipa that I could drink an assload of, it would not be my first choice.

12 oz bottle. Pours a carmel-red color with a light head. Strong hoppy aroma and flavor. Body is a pretty thin. Flavor is bitter, but in a good, hoppy way.
