Commercial Description:
Since 1516 Brewers have led the purity revolution. They mandated only four natural ingredients be used to brew beer. This Reinheistgebot law was the first ever food purity regulation and New Glarus Brewmaster Dan Carey has consistently respected our palates by employing yeast, water, barley and hops to explore a wide spectrum of flavor. Today Dan pushes the purity envelope by using Organic Hallertau Hops from Germany with Wisconsin organically malted barley to create a complex and assertively hoppy golden ale. This beer is even natrually carbonated, 100% bottle fermented means you can expect a flavor celebration to dance cleanly across your palate. Raise your glass and toast to Wisconsin’s common sense Revolution.

12 oz bottle via Mys Swap 3.0 (thanks monger!). This one is a clear amber with an average head the quickly turns to anti-matter. Nose is malty and herbal. Taste is simple malts and some subtle hops. Body is light with a watery finish. Carbonation is medium. Sorry for the generic review, but this is a generic unflavorful beer, so not much to describe....how do you describe a new pair of white socks from k-mart? Don’t care for this much, even as a backyard beer.

Poured yellow with white foamy head. Aroma of citrus. Very light watery body. Not much flavor. Some hops but thats it.

12oz bottle. Pours amber with average size head, semi-cloudy in appearance. Aroma is on the sweeter side with citrus (lemon) and honey evident. Flavors not overpowering, definitely on the sweet side.

Exicted for this, so it was kind of a let down. Still good, just kind of bland and uninspiring. Hops are too acrid, body is too weak, carbonation is too strong. But it is organic... but does this mean organic gets a break because its "better" for the world?

12oz from motortoddhead. Pours gold with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet and light. Taste is sweet, light and refreshingly citrussy. Pretty nice apa.

Pours orange golden with a thin white head that disappears quickly, a little bit of lacing. Light grassy aroma, I notice a little citrus as well, easy drinking, but a nice sharp bitterness. Nothing spectacular, but solid. copyright grimreeser

Thanks to Skyview for bringing this bottle back for me. Hazy gold color with a thin head. Very dusty hop aroma. Quite a grainy flavor. The hops die down considerably. A little vegetal quality, probably from hops.

Light to medium orange body, thin clumping buff head. Bready, floral nose. Light, sweet body, sugary, with clover honey, floral hops, and light breads. I picked up a touch of alcohol, too. Slightly artificial-tasting. Serviceable and easy to drink.
