| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 21, 2008 Totally delicious, in every way, shape and form. Just a hint of woodiness in the nose, with lots of tart fruit flavors, but nicely balanced, very refreshing and crisp on the palate, very dry and quite lingering finish. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 21, 2008 Opaque, dark raspberry color with a very thin, pink head that dissipates almost immediately. Nose full of raspberries. Nice light mouthfeel, and a tart finish, that’s excellent, but not as good as the Belgian Red. Rciesla (3810), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

Mild carbonation, almost feels like this one should sparkle. Aroma is raspberry and oak. Flavor is that with no real acidic finish. An awesome fruit beer. SQNfan (591), Wheaton, Illinois, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 17, 2008 This poured bright red to purple in color with a bubbly head. The raspberry is strong in both the nose and palate with nice sweetness but is also quite fresh and tart. This is very refreshing and a great summertime brew if not the most complex. ketchepillar (488), Des Moines/Grinnell, Iowa, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 17, 2008 I don’t really have anything to say about the beer that the title doesn’t already say. It’s definitely quite sweet, but the tartness, crispness, and dryness keep it delicious. slimchill (782), Austin, Texas, USA

Pours bright red with a patchy head. Flavor is balanced by a light sourness, but the sweetness is hard to get past. shp555 (1690), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 6, 2008 Bottle, the aroma of this beer is just incredible, smells like fresh raspberries. Amazing. Very fruity, syrupy taste and mouthfeel. I liked this beer more than New Glarus’ Belgian Red. I would buy this again soon. It’s an excellent beer to share with a few friends because it is definitely much too sweet to drink alone. Also you will make lots of friends sharing beer like this.
