Mar 16, 2004 A clear deep red beer sith a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet of a summers day in a raspberries scrup. The flavor is dominated by raspberries with sweetness and a slight sourness combined with a dryness that ends in a woodyness. All in all a great beer - I want more.

Mar 17, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours copletely opaque dark red - actually it looks like freshly squeezed berry juice - with a tiny, reddish head. Tart and very fresh raspberry aroma. Rather light body with a high acidity and very fresh berry accents. No bitterness and no feel of alcohol either. As said - you could mistake this for being freshly squeezed raspberry juice. 170306

Aug 6, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy to murky red with a pink head. Aroma is dense raspberry fruity and mild sulphorish. Sweet and slight herbal raspberry fruity note. Sticky sweet and linger fruity finish.

Aug 22, 2007 Bottle @ Chris_o shindig 2007. Deep red color with a average, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light red head. Aroma is moderate to heavy raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic, with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Aug 22, 2007 Bottled (thanks Ruth!). Dark murky red colour with mediumsized pink head. Aroma is nice raspberries with some slight sourness. Flavour is sour raspberries along with some vanilla. Very mouthdrying. Some slight nutty hints in the finish. Really nicely done sour fruitbeer.
