Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 16, 2004 A clear deep red beer sith a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet of a summers day in a raspberries scrup. The flavor is dominated by raspberries with sweetness and a slight sourness combined with a dryness that ends in a woodyness. All in all a great beer - I want more. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 28, 2004 Updated: Dec 27, 2004Bottled. Dark red. Ripe raspberry aroma. Balsamic, but overly sweet. Pleasant rounded mouthfeel and peppery sugary finish. Beatiful flavourwise, but way too sweet. Papsoe (10540), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 17, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours copletely opaque dark red - actually it looks like freshly squeezed berry juice - with a tiny, reddish head. Tart and very fresh raspberry aroma. Rather light body with a high acidity and very fresh berry accents. No bitterness and no feel of alcohol either. As said - you could mistake this for being freshly squeezed raspberry juice. 170306 Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA May 17, 2001 Quite sweet, but the fresh berry taste does somewhat make up for that. There are even bits of raspberry seed floating on the foam, which I thought was really cool. yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 6, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy to murky red with a pink head. Aroma is dense raspberry fruity and mild sulphorish. Sweet and slight herbal raspberry fruity note. Sticky sweet and linger fruity finish.
