Commercial Description:
The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale. Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth-watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Bottle from pepsican. Aroma of raspberry jam. Fresh raspberries all over the place. Pours a dark red with a pinkish head. Flavor of sweet fresh raspberries. Jam, puree, whatever. Followed by an intensely tart bite. Finishes mouth puckeringly tart/dry. Basically, this is amazing! Give me more!

Very nice dark red pour with pink head. Aroma is full of tart raspberries. Flavor is a perfect balance of sweet and tart, with a nice range of notes from other fruits. Slick, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Passed it around the family and everyone loved it. Another wonderful beer from New Glarus.

Appearance is a cloudy and dense raspberry red hue, moderate amount of rose colored head dissipates to a ring, very little lacing left on the glass. Aroma is sweet and tart raspberries along with a range of other berries and sweet fruits, definitely reminiscent of thick fruit jams or purees. Taste is unsurprisingly full of big sweet raspberries with any accompanying sugar tartness, tones of strawberries, fruit sorbet, and yeast peek through very slightly, this is just hands down an amazingly crafted fruit beer. Medium-bodied, texture is slick and smooth, carbonation is prickly and lively. Very high on the sweet and tart factor that is hard to handle in large quantities, best enjoyed with friends in smaller sipping glasses or after dinner.

Good god what a beer. Holy shit. Nice cloudy reddish pour with a puffy white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is sweet/tart of raspberries. Flavor is just unreal. The blanace between sweet and sour is remarkable. Tastes like homeade rasp preserves with a nice squeeze of lemon juice. Wow, I need more. The wife LOVED it.

Bottle. Gorgeous earthy red pour. Aroma of fresh, fresh raspberries, pie crust. Flavor of fresh, natural, tart raspberry jam, lots of raspberry seed, just oozing with raspberry that you can almost chew on. I need more bottles of this pronto. Magical.

Bottle courtesy of iowaherkeye (thanks Joey!). Pours a murky dark red with a small pink head. Aroma is wow! Quite powerful. Lots of raspberry, also raspberry pie and butteriness. Flavor is very similar, lots of raspberry, fairly tart, raspberry seed, maybe some plum. Very similar to Lindemann’s Framboise but it’s better and more complex. Such a tasty beer!
