Commercial Description:
This authentic amber Irish ale is slow brewed with a blend of three malted barleys and finished with four varieties of hops. Then we dry-hopped in the lager tank to add a spicy note to warm your winter evenings. Expect this beer to be a beautiful copper-red, with a fruity ale body and a spiced hop finish.

12 oz. bottle - Poured ruby red color with nice white head. This brew has a herbal hop aroma along with toasted malt scent. Flavor is ok, nothing that impressive, some spicy notes on tongue with dry grassy finish.

Probably the best Amber Ale out there. Pours a amber color with off-white head. Aroma is somewhat medicinal/spicy along with some roasted malt. Taste is lightly fruity with some light hops and spice intermixed in this great beer. Finish is a bit dry, otherwise it’s very smooth and quite enjoyable!

12oz bottle acquired in trade with CaptainCougar (thanks!). Poured a medium amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of toasted caramel, nuts, yeast, and spicy. Tastes of caramel, lightly fruity, and nutty. Tastes and body on the thinner side. Lots of lacing left on the glass.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear amber with a firm eggshell white head. Aroma is very well-balanced, with strong scents of roasted malt and hops along with hints of spice, dark fruit, and yeast. Taste is creamy and medium-bodied, with a malty character ending up on a somewhat sweeter finish of hops and spices. One of the finer amber ale’s I can recall.

Dark reddish amber with a firm, tan medium head. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. Flavor is nutty malt up front then a bit of roasted coffee and caramel fading into a spicy, fruity hop finish. Smooth and medium bodied, this is a really easy drinking ale. Very good.

Deep amber color, medium head. Easy sipping. Flavor is soft caramel malt, a bit of bread, a little bit of candy sugar. Nice spicy dry hops finish it out, providing a nice complement to the sweet malts. Wow. This is the way all amber ales should be. This would make a great session brew.

Aroma of sweet caramel malt, noticeable spicy hop notes and a hint of butterscotch, but not like diacetyl. Dark amber in color with a thin, white head. Nutty flavor, caramel malt mid palate and then some of the noble hop, spice notes in the finish. I really enjoy the floral, perfume and spice notes the hops give in the finish. Very well balanced. Palate is medium to light. Overall this is an easy drinking session ale.
