Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Aroma: Yeasty, like rising bread, with a smooth, sweet malt aroma. Corn is also detectable. Subtle marzipan/amaretto tones match beautifully with an orange-pineapple citric quality. A quiet but complex nose. Appearance: A ruddy orange color, similar to dried apricots. Head is white and fizzy; retention is poor to mediocre. Flavor: Not as appealing as the smell. There is a prominent acidic spiciness that I don’t care for, similar to a white onion. Other than that, though, the beer is pretty good. Smooth malts, a touch of corn flakes, and of course, that unfiltered yeast round out the flavor, with a corny sweet finish that gradually turns dry and sour. Palate: Mostly rough and prickly on the palate, but there is a crispness to it that helps offset the beer’s sweetness. Overall: This beer is really popular in Wisconsin, and it’s good, but not as good as everyone hyped it up to be. I’m a little disappointed but I still think this is a fine beer.

Hazy cloudy straw yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is of sweet malts, some corn. Smooth and creamy, tastes of sweet malts. Finishes a little bad, though an okay beer considering it’s a micro for the masses.

So happy I can get this on tap. Can’t find anything wrong with it. Great while eating food or just getting drunk.

Pours a fairly clear gold. Little aroma of some sweet malt. Flavor is light with a little hop and a little sweet malt. Very drinkable, but nothing spectacular.

Golden color, sligtly cloudy. Not a real distinct aroma and the after taste is nonexistant. It is a well crafted beer however it isn’t something I would be thrilled about.

Cloudy yellow/gold, white head. nose is lemony, some wheaty & hay malt, spicy/herbal hops hanging out that in no way dominate. Flavor is wheaty malt, a bit of soda-like sweetness for a second. Well balanced hay-like finish. I haven’t had many cream ales but I could see this being a nice session beer.
