Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Murky yellow with a thin white head. Not much to really describe this one, Yeast, wheat, malt, mild hops, candy sugar, and green apples for the aroma and flavor. it’s a session beer anyone will like. A bit watery in the end, but perfectly drinkable. Very mild and a great choice for a 6 pack.

Light gold with a slight haze. Grapes and corn on the. Thin mouth-feel with malty cream flavors. This was a little bland, however it would make for an excellent summer session beer, especially in NC.

unreal how smooth this one went down. i think my taste buds took a vacation because i didn’t get much flav out of it. not the best brew from a top-notch brewer.

Not very flavorful. Leave the drinker wanting more depth. Very light with a crisp finish.

Definitely not the best cream ale I have had. The beer pours a cloudy, wheat color. Sweet, but underdeveloped flavor for an ale.

golden in color. Hazy. nice size white head with good retention. Aroma is grassy with barely a hint of appley fruitiness. Flavor is about the same. Not a big cream ale fan. It was ok for a cream ale.

I think this was shared by BrianK at Dickinsonbeer’s place. Lightly hazy golden in color. Aroma is lightly grainy and sweet pale malts, that’s pretty much it but clean. Taste is well attenuated, with some light honey sweetness and light touches of grain, and moderate notes of bread (yeast)with a subtle, but well balanced light hop bitterness. A clean, well crafted session ale. Thanks Brian.

Pours a light golden yellow. With a lace head...not very thick. Smell is not very strong. To me this beer is a mild version of the Dancing Man Wheat by New Glarus. It is a light yeast and malt but balanced that it isn’t very strong. It is a fairly thicker bodied beer that has a nice yeast undertone. It isn’t a strong/overpowering yeast/banana flavor. Notyhing special but okay.
