Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Pours a light golden yellow. With a lace head...not very thick. Smell is not very strong. To me this beer is a mild version of the Dancing Man Wheat by New Glarus. It is a light yeast and malt but balanced that it isn’t very strong. It is a fairly thicker bodied beer that has a nice yeast undertone. It isn’t a strong/overpowering yeast/banana flavor. Notyhing special but okay.

Appearance is quite nice, the cloudy golden color reminds me of a wheat beer and the head is foamy with a lacing that sticks very nicely. Smell is weak, but it’s good. It has a nice malty smell to it with a light flowery aroma of hops surrounding it. Taste is very malty and there is a little bit of hops that I can’t put my finger on, very nice though. Mouthfeel is very good, has carbonation and maltyness that’s not quite smooth, but not far from it. I can definetly see why New Glarus is pumping this stuff out so much.

Spotted Cow pours a cloudy pale yellow with 1/2" of head that quickly dissipates. Smell is predominantly of yeast and corn. Taste is much of the same, the corn is noticeable as well as the unfiltered yeast, pretty well balanced. Full bodied, light on the tongue, perhaps a little undercarbonated. Very drinkable, great session beer. This beer does no special tricks, it is what it is and what it is, is a great beer to spend an afternoon with.

I just don’t get why this beer is so popular. It is very light, with moderate hops, and a very floral finish, which I believe comes from their yeast selection. Not a great beer.

12oz via trade with KingpinIPA. Pours yellowish orange with a 1 finger bright white head. Nose is very lagery and yeasty. Taste has a bit more cream in it, but has an unncessary bitter bite. Overall big ehh in my book.

12oz bottle-A golden body with a nice white head which had an aroma of yeast, malt, and a little hops. Taste of yeast, hops, a little cream , and some fruitiness. A good decent core beer form them but nothing to write home about.

Bottle pored a cloudy yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, yeast, light fruitiness and a hint of honey. Palate was light to medium bodied crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of straw, honey, yeast and light fruitiness with a smooth clean finish.
