It is very light, with moderate hops, and a very floral finish, which I believe comes from their yeast selection. Not a great beer. fidemaster (172), USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 18, 2007 Had this beer on 6/22/2000. Aroma is a bread like malt scent. Color is nice gold ok carbonation and a good head. Taste is rich and malty. Starting with a nice malty medium body that goes down with a slight tang. Finish is a slightly sour malt flavor with a mild bitterness on the end. Not very creamy for a Cream Ale. houseofwares (21), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 13, 2007 12oz. bottle. Straw colored with a quickly dissapearing head. Clean malt on the nose without a trace of corn, or hops, both of which are in the recipe. The palate is decently composed, and for a cream ale right on target. There isn’t much going on in the flavor, just some light malt textures and citrus. Perfect for an 90 degree afternoon. FlagstoneHill (211), Erie, Colorado, USA
