Corn, wheat and a good malty flavor, this is a very very good summertime brew on a hot day. Not much aroma but a very good head to prove this is a well crafted beer. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 22, 2007 Raw corn in color and naturally hazy. Aroma is sweet. Some malts and citrus, but nothing really dominates. Mouth is light and refreshing, could have been a bit more carbonated. This is a good everyday beer, but it lacks character. Enjoyable, but not great. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 19, 2007 Hazy golden, moderate head with decent lacing and retention. Aroma is lemony with some light herbal notes. Huge carbonation with a corn sweetness. Why this is bottle conditioned is beyond me. Actually, why this is bottled at all is beyond me. It’s pretty light and tastes thinnish in the mouth, but with a very slight grain at the palate. It’s ultra smooth, with a a fresh, grassy flavor and a banana-like aroma. Fresh off the farm! jackson220 (136), new lenox, Illinois, USA

Softly carbonated, slightly yeasty-flavored, and drinkable in a refreshing way. Almost like a hefe-weizen. Not much in the way of malts or hops, but enjoyable nonetheless. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 12, 2007 From the bottle, pours hazy yellow, decent head. Remarkably average beer. Little bit of corn in the flavor, very clean finish, no aftertaste. Not bad, but really nothing to write home about. Skyview (4050), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Pours a cloudy straw pale yellow brew with a thin bubbly head. Aroma of citrus, hay and corn. Taste is bready, citrus and a bit of biscuit. Finish is short and pleasant. Refreshing.
