Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

I thiought this brew was pretty special. It does have a hint of corn but it also holds its own on the palate and finish. It has a light side that gives a bit of citrus spice.

From a 12oz Bottle. Pours a pale, slightly hazy banana yellow color with a thin layer of fizzy white head. Gentle banana bread aroma with a little bit of DMS and a fleeting glimpse of grassy hops. Light bodied, mildly carbonated mouthfeel. Thin, grainy flavors with a definitive corn bite. A bit of a sharp, metallic, aluminum like nip on the back end. Not good, but also not a complete disaster. Thanks, Tom!

Bottle, poured a hazy golden color with no head at all. Aromas of grain and sweetness. Medium mouthful, pretty simple beer. Nothing special, would be nice on a hot summer day, but I expected more.

Bought @ Mini Mart in Lakewood,Ohio (seriously). Yellow pour small white head. Spicy aroma. Taste is a bready light maltiness with lots of spicy belgian like yeast, lemon, apples and other light fruits with a spiciness, very light hops. Great easy but great tasting brew

12oz bottle. Aroma: Light grainy maltiness, light apple, light grass and floral hops. Appearance: Light yellow in color and clear. White head was medium and foamy with good retention. Fair lacing. Flavor: Grainy maltiness, light apple and banana, corn, light hoppiness with some grass. Low bitterness. Fairly clean finish. Palate: Medium-low bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Another ’safe’ beer from NG. Perfectly fine and drinkable, but nothing special.

12oz. Bottle Spotted Cow poured a hazy pale straw yelllow. Quarter inch white bubbly head that faded quickly to absolutely nothing. There was not one bit of head on this beer 30 seconds after the pour. Smell is appetizing but weak. Smell is a little lemon up front followed by doughiness with spicy yeast. Taste is pretty similiar to the smell with a lemon, bready/doughy and spiciness from the yeast. Tastes pretty good. Refreshing. Mouthfeel is a little thin and theres hardly any carbonation at all. Spotted Cow has good drinkability. It’s a good thirst quencher. You could drink a lot of them nice and cold to cool down, but that’s about it

Golden pour with nice head that quickly diminishes. Slight citrus notes in the aroma. Enjoyable malt presence with citrus finish. Smooth creamy mouthfeel. Very good.
