Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

A drinkable if unremarkable beer. Cloudy, yellowish pour. Mildly aromatic with light malts and some sweet notes with a hint of breadiness. The flavors, too, were mild — sweetness and grains and a hint of corn. There was a slight tartness in the aftertaste.

Small white head that quickly dissapeared into a ring of soft foam. This was a golden yellow coloudy beer served too cold to detect any decent aroma. I would desribe this beer as having a rich body. Very drinkable with some sweet flavours not reminiscent of malt and a slight bitter finish.

Cloudy yellow, decent white head. Fuity aroma - kinda pineappley, a little banana-y, a bit grapefuity. More full bodied than I anticipated. Mildly toasty, with a surprising touch of rye at the finish.

This beer introduces itself with a good hearty aroma of yeast that has hints of citrus fruit and corn in the background. This beer fills the glass with a cloudy amber solution with no head and a constant stream of carbonation bubbles rising to the surface. This thin beer enters the mouth smoothly and distributes a sweet nutty fruit taste that perks the tongue.

Excellent beer. Pours pale and cloudy with nothing in the way of head. Decent aroma and the flavor is great. Goes down really smooth, another excellent wisconsin beer.

Cream ale is an American beer style. Its not an ale, but a lager, and enjoys a warm ferment, and a cold conditioing, making it round and smooth. Brewed with adjunct, usually corn grits, it t gives the beer, a slightly tart and sour edge. Spotted Cow pours to a hazy pale yellow color, with a slight head that fades, and a moderate to soft carbonation. The nose of this beer isn’t too remarkable, has some pale malt, and sweet corn aroma, and light, grassy hops. Palate is soft, with good pale malt, and some sweet corn/adjunct flavor, which is slightly sour and refreshing. Finishes with more pale and corn flavors up front, then ends with a mild bitterness. Very drinkable, quaffable beer. Has good flavor, and is the type of beer you could really pound with impunity. A great "law mower" or summer refresher. I like this one.

Tap. Hazy honey-colored body. Pale six-row aroma with sweet field corn. Wet grain and field corn flavor with light leafy hops. Dry, dusty mouthfeel. Don’t know why this stuff so popular.

Light, fruity, and very smooth. Easy to drink and refreshing in warm weather. Much better on tap in a small town -- worth the drive to Potosi or Patch Grove.
