Commercial Description:
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is sweetish malty and hoppy. Flavour is very smooth and quite lame. Fruity hops meeting some malts. A bit acidic hints also. OK brew, but quite one-dimensional...

Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is lemon tart and mildly sweet. Taste is mild -- some corn sweetness, some lemon tartness, hint of peach and finishing with a light herbal bitterness. Light/medium body, nice summery beer.

Pale, a bit hazy yellow, small white head. Sourish fruity and malty aroma, cow is what pops up in to my mind. Quite witbier like nose with those fruits and some spices. Fruity (watermelon, ananas), malty, corn, very soft palate. Not very exciting beer.

(Bottle) Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Tastes like your average B/M/C product with a hint of cream.

Bottle thanks to EDA. Poured a medium, hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of lemons, yeast, corn and cloves. Tastes of corn and citrus. Creamy and smooth body.

Bottle... Murky, yellow ale. Citrusy, herbal nose with notes of lemon, corn and fuzzy fruits. Decently-balanced flavor... maybe a whisper on the sweet side. A tad tart. Light to medium-bodied and almost creamy with moderate carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish. Refreshing. Thanks go out to my lifelong friend Shawn for the brew and excellent conversation.

Pale golden with a white foamy coating. I don’t usually think of cows when I think of beer, but I guess the common link is Wisconsin. Mellow body with moderate hop bitterness, but tastes a little too much like an American standard to me. New Glarus makes much better beers than this one.
