Commercial Description:
Who is qualified to judge one's contribution? Is it the pure Wisconsin barley malt or shall credit be given to traditional German and English hops? Maybe it is the Belgian Monastic yeast or the Brewer's tender care? Combined, this is a sophisticated Abbey style ale. Both elegant and drinkable this ale is cleanly aromatic with spicy notes of clove and ginger. Crisp and fragrant up front while gracefully sliding into warm malt notes at the finish. Fermented natually in this bottle, the beer in your hand is a living testament to the value of many working together to create something bigger than the individual parts. Moving a mountain begins with a single stone.

Bottle pours a cloudy pale straw color with a large fizzy head that leaves some spot lace. The aroma is yeast, clove, bubblegum, and banana. The flavor has the aroma components, with an added hop profile to balance nicely. The palate is cleansing and quenching. This would work well in hot weather. Overall, very nice.

Pours hazy yellow-golden color with nice, slightly off white head. Grainy, wheat, banana, candy aroma with similar flavor that starts out a little spicy and mellows out quickly with a little yeast and bitterness at the end.

Courtesy of Gillard. Pours yellow to gold and nearly totally opaque with off white head. The aroma is bubble gum, ripe banana, grainy malts, more banana and a sense of wheat. The taste is much the same with bubble gum notes coming and going in and around a pile of ripe bananas sprinkled with wheat. Midway and to the finish I get an upwelling of yeasty spice.

hazy gold pour, wonderful carb with nucleation all over my moinette trappist glass. nose is yeast esthers, the aforementioned bubblegum most of all. just about the most prounounced example of that specific ester i think ive ever experienced. very well balanced flavor: aside from a dash of belgian spice and more yeast elements, spicy hops are more then subtle but far from offensive. a pitch of yeast can produce some truly wonderous aromas but only an amazing brewmaster can manipulate the puzzle pieces into something belgian in SW wisconsin.

Bottle, courtesy Gillard. Hazy yellowish pour, creamy thin head, some thick lacing. Big Belgian yeasty smell, wheat, tons of bubblegum. Wheat flavors, gumball, dry grain, some sweet malt with decent bitterness. Medium-bodied, creamy and yummy.

Bottle thanks to daknole, shared with angrypirate06 and ilovedarkbeer. Pours with a large, fluffy white head over a hazy gold body. Aroma of banana esters, clove, coriander, caramel and Belgian yeasty esters. Lightly buttery. Taste is a bit watery with clove and banana esters, with a nice spicy and caramelized finish. Light carbonation.

Bottle with bman1113vr and ilovedarkbeer. Beautiful hazy gold pour. Smells of wheat, orange, honey, clove, coriander. Taste was somewhat disappointing, just wheat, butter, and dust. Nice creamy mouthfeel though.

Thanks Gillard for the share. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a white head. Nose is yeast, bubble gum, banana, strawberry, peach, and spice. Flavor is lots of sugariness and a banana-strawberry-light fruit combo that is very good. Solid light-medium bodied beer with a sweet yeasty finish. Very enjoyable.
