Commercial Description:
Who is qualified to judge one's contribution? Is it the pure Wisconsin barley malt or shall credit be given to traditional German and English hops? Maybe it is the Belgian Monastic yeast or the Brewer's tender care? Combined, this is a sophisticated Abbey style ale. Both elegant and drinkable this ale is cleanly aromatic with spicy notes of clove and ginger. Crisp and fragrant up front while gracefully sliding into warm malt notes at the finish. Fermented natually in this bottle, the beer in your hand is a living testament to the value of many working together to create something bigger than the individual parts. Moving a mountain begins with a single stone.

Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is apples, pears, belgian yeast. Flavor is simiar with some spicniess and a bit of orange peel. Finishes very clean. I’m surprised it has this much flavor at such a low ABV

2008 Bottle, thanks motortoddhead! - Pours a dk murky tan with a large white head...aroma is a candy yeast bomb, a bit spicy...flavour is similar, a definite belgian yeasty clove component...high carbonation...I love the natural fermentation...

Bottle. Clear sunshine yellow with active carbonation bubbles and a medium foamy head that dissipates rapidly. Flavor is full bodied fresh malt, yeasty notes with fruity bubblegum esters, ripe fruits, and gingerbread. Subtle floral hops and a bit of sweetness round out the back end. Nicely done Belgian, with low enough ABV to make it a solid session choice.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is light citrus notes with faint spices of clove present with some light crisp tart apple. Flavor is a light sweetness mixed with a light tartness from apple notes. The clove and yeast notes balance out the lighter tart notes. Balanced. Clean, refreshing drink.

Pours a glowing light golden with a small white fine frothy head that fades quickly. Lovely aroma, lightly fruity, subtly sweet, touch of spice/clove, hint of licorice, apple, very Belgian. Very dry beer, so mellow and drinkable. Really nails that crisp dried hop apple flavor found in Belgian blondes. Flavors are quite light and delicate, yeasty, subtly sweet and malty, spice, clove, faint hops. This is something so turned down that it really lets one taste/hear each flavor clearly. Great malty spicy aftertaste. Nice body, very drinkable with super fine sizzling carbonation.

Hazy yellow with ongoing effervescence. A thin white head leaves a decent lacing. Aroma features yeast and bubblegum. Flavor is yeast driven, milldy sweet and tart with a strong bubblegum presence, lemon also appears, but somehow clashes with the rest. Medium body, somewhat thin but very crisp, refreshing, and drinkable.

Golden pour with a nice white head. Aroma is fruit, bubblegum, esters, some spice. The flavor is delicious. Fruity and spicey. Basically, a great valentines day gift from the girlfriend.

Pours hazy gold with a big white head. Aromas are beautifully floral and sweet. The flavor is spicy, almost like a hefe... a little bit malty sweet with a light hoppy fruitiness. There is a little alcohol tinge, but this is in no way a bad thing. This is very easy to drink and I do hope they decided to start brewing it again.
