Commercial Description:
Who is qualified to judge one's contribution? Is it the pure Wisconsin barley malt or shall credit be given to traditional German and English hops? Maybe it is the Belgian Monastic yeast or the Brewer's tender care? Combined, this is a sophisticated Abbey style ale. Both elegant and drinkable this ale is cleanly aromatic with spicy notes of clove and ginger. Crisp and fragrant up front while gracefully sliding into warm malt notes at the finish. Fermented natually in this bottle, the beer in your hand is a living testament to the value of many working together to create something bigger than the individual parts. Moving a mountain begins with a single stone.

12 oz bottle from iowaherkeye - thanks Joey! Pours into my Karmeliet glass hazy yellow with a thin white head. Tangy fruit nose, some coriander and lemongrass. Fizzy, medium body. Mildly tart, yeasty flavors, tropical fruits, a mild spice. Very drinkable. Dry, clean finish. Nice!

Bottle courtesy of Juelze if I’m not mistaken’, thanks again! Transparent yellow pour with a white head. Aroma of yeast, lemon zest, corriander, pale malt and light pepper. Flavors of yeast, lemonzest, pale malt and corriander. Medium light body, spicy/sweet with a dry/sweet finish.

Pours a cloudy golden brown with a fizzy white, one-finger tall head. Minimal lacing. The aroma is Belgian yeast and some malt. The flavor follows suit, with the Belgian yeast taking the spotlight and some thin malt coming in at the end. Would have liked more spice and complexity in this one. Decent finish, highly carbonated mouthfeel. Meh.

12 oz. bottle from Dansting. Pour is a clear golden, with noticeable carbonation bubbles and a huge white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some banana and some citrus. Taste is yeasty, with a nice light body and a crisp finish. The citrus (lemon mostly) comes through in the taste as well. Very drinkable. Thanks for this one Dan!

this made me think of a citrus flavored seltzer water. so many of the Belgian style ales are too carbonated for me, this was no exception. poured a hazy gold with a very short lived white head, fading to not even a hint of lace. citrus, yeasty aroma, from there it was all downhill and I lost interest. oh well...

[Bottle] Pours cloudy orange with almost no head. Aroma is yeast, citrus, spice and banana. Taste is almost a little sour from the carbonation, then malty, fruity, and yeasty. Pretty thin. Fairly carbonated. Short dry finish. Not the best product from a brewery that has made some great stuff.

(bottle) Pours a hazy gold with a nonexistent head. Aroma is heavy with yeast, notes of citrus (orange) and some clove and coriander (similar to a wit). Taste is very yeasty, slightly sweet, with some spiciness too. The palate on this beer is not so good, overcarbonated and the finish is far too short.
