Commercial Description:
Who is qualified to judge one's contribution? Is it the pure Wisconsin barley malt or shall credit be given to traditional German and English hops? Maybe it is the Belgian Monastic yeast or the Brewer's tender care? Combined, this is a sophisticated Abbey style ale. Both elegant and drinkable this ale is cleanly aromatic with spicy notes of clove and ginger. Crisp and fragrant up front while gracefully sliding into warm malt notes at the finish. Fermented natually in this bottle, the beer in your hand is a living testament to the value of many working together to create something bigger than the individual parts. Moving a mountain begins with a single stone.

bottle. hazy. sunshine-y rusted yellow with a soft white head. spicy aroma... ginger and clove meet banana peels, wheat, yeast, flowers and vanilla. the flavor is pretty much the same with a dry mildly (just a touch) bitter finish. medium bodied with crisp beautiful carbonation. at the same time it is creamy and soft. i could drink this all day... 7/3/7/4/15/3.6

12oz bottle from Ughsmash. Pours a hazy golden with a perfect white head. Nose is wheaty sweet with banana esters, yest and spices. Taste is more of the same, all the belgian characteristics but more on the delicate side. Really well made and super refreshing. This would be a great belgian intro beer for any newbie. If I had to knock it for anything, I would say it is a bit on the thin watery side.

Pours slightly cloudy yellow with a big white head. Aroma of cloves, spices and malt. Flavor reflects the aroma. Has a nice balanced flavor with spotty lacing on the glass.

Had awhile back from a 12oz bottle into a glass. A nice, drinkable, and smooth Belgian that is tasty but not hard to drink.

Cloudy, straw color, nice white head that fizzed away quickly. I smell the clove and fruitiness. Tastes like it smells. Finishes kind of dry. No hops detected. Nicely done.

Cloudy dark yellow or gold. No head. Spicy, citrusy aroma. Nice notes of ginger, cinamon, clove - also bread and spicy. Flavor is more sweet spice (ginger) and banana and bubblegum, plus may some pineapple on a very bready toasty malt base. Tasty stuff! Thanks to lithy for the trade!

Bottle. Ppours a hazy yellow orange with a small white head. Aroma of clove, peary yeast esters. Nice lively carbonation. Seems almost like a hefeweizen with belgian yeast. Nice beer.
