Commercial Description:
Who is qualified to judge one's contribution? Is it the pure Wisconsin barley malt or shall credit be given to traditional German and English hops? Maybe it is the Belgian Monastic yeast or the Brewer's tender care? Combined, this is a sophisticated Abbey style ale. Both elegant and drinkable this ale is cleanly aromatic with spicy notes of clove and ginger. Crisp and fragrant up front while gracefully sliding into warm malt notes at the finish. Fermented natually in this bottle, the beer in your hand is a living testament to the value of many working together to create something bigger than the individual parts. Moving a mountain begins with a single stone.

Cloudy, straw color, nice white head that fizzed away quickly. I smell the clove and fruitiness. Tastes like it smells. Finishes kind of dry. No hops detected. Nicely done.

Cloudy dark yellow or gold. No head. Spicy, citrusy aroma. Nice notes of ginger, cinamon, clove - also bread and spicy. Flavor is more sweet spice (ginger) and banana and bubblegum, plus may some pineapple on a very bready toasty malt base. Tasty stuff! Thanks to lithy for the trade!

Bottle. Ppours a hazy yellow orange with a small white head. Aroma of clove, peary yeast esters. Nice lively carbonation. Seems almost like a hefeweizen with belgian yeast. Nice beer.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Hazy yellow with an off-white head. Very sweet fruit and yeast in the nose. Medium body, sweet fruits - banana in particular - and yeast. Finishes dry with no bitterness. Sorta like a tripel light. 110709

Pour is a bright yellow with a large white head. Aroma is very fruity with hints of yeast and pale malts. Flavor is a lot blander than the aroma still some citrus fruits come out but that’s about it. Finish is kind of watery an not very exciting. It started out well but finished kind of meh.

Bottle. Color is hazy yellow with good carbonation and a thick tight head. Aroma of banana and yeast. Taste is creamy and fruity. Starting with a medium body that goes down smooth with a very creamy feel. Finish is a fruity yeast flavor with a nice banana taste and a faint bitterness. After taste is dry as the flavors fade. Overall its ok but much more of a Hefe taste then a Belgian Ale.

12oz bottle 8/10/09-Pours a hazy yellow with a big white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast, and banana. Taste of the same with some spices thrown in. It is very light bodied but still very well balanced and quite tasty.

Floral aroma with banana and sweet malts. Pours blonde with a thin white head. Bananas and citrus in the flavor with a slightly hoppy bite. Very light.
