Commercial Description:
Who is qualified to judge one's contribution? Is it the pure Wisconsin barley malt or shall credit be given to traditional German and English hops? Maybe it is the Belgian Monastic yeast or the Brewer's tender care? Combined, this is a sophisticated Abbey style ale. Both elegant and drinkable this ale is cleanly aromatic with spicy notes of clove and ginger. Crisp and fragrant up front while gracefully sliding into warm malt notes at the finish. Fermented natually in this bottle, the beer in your hand is a living testament to the value of many working together to create something bigger than the individual parts. Moving a mountain begins with a single stone.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Hazy yellow with an off-white head. Very sweet fruit and yeast in the nose. Medium body, sweet fruits - banana in particular - and yeast. Finishes dry with no bitterness. Sorta like a tripel light. 110709

Opaque straw colour. The aroma is a fairly generic, indistinct yeastiness. Fresh, fruity palate (apple, pear, plum) with a light malt character. Lively & fruity. Balanced with a hint of hoppy dryness to a generally sweet finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium golden color with a larger sized white head. Aromas of spices (cloves, ginger, and light pepper), lightly fruity and some citrus. Tastes of fruitiness (sweet apples) with lighter spiciness. Lively body.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy maize colored body with a small, quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma of clove, ginger, florals, and some citrus. Flavor of ginger, light lemon, clove, and banana with a somewhat chalky finish.

Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a nicely-lacing froth of white head. Has a lightly bready and biscuity Belgian malty and yeast nose. Body starts with a nice, lightly malty sweetness and mildly complex yeasty notes with a touch of bitterness toward a fairly crisp and smooth finish. Great authenticity. Would make for a very nice session beer.

Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is of clove and smoke phenols; bubblegum and overripe red apple esters. Perfectly balanced flavor... pale malt sweetness followed closely by durable bitterness. Buffered, acrid fruitiness with a hint of spice. Medium- bodied with Champagne-like fizziness. Spicy, dry, banana finish. Kudos to 1FastSTi for sending the bottle my way!
