Commercial Description:
Pure and crisp, this is a beer with nothing to hide. Wisconsin two-row barley malt ensures a mellow and smooth body. We imported Noble Hop varieties from Germany and the Czech Republic to ensure a fine mature aroma with no coarse bitterness. Expect this beer to pour a delicate golden hue that sparkles in the summer sun. Extra Pale is brewed using all natural ingredients with no artificial additives of any kind.

Pours an "extra pale" yellow with a small frothy white head. Some lacing. Sweet grainy aroma with grassy hops. Taste is same, very light, and very clean. A little on the sweet side, but really good.

12 oz. bottle - thanks clint!! straw gold with slight white head; aromas of honey, grain and stale wheat; soft texture is light on flavor, but has a good amount of body; quite nice and though simple in flavor, another solid production by New Glarus

Crazy! This pours a light yellow with a thin head. Sweet banana nose with some wheat a faint pepper notes. Getting some grassy hay as well. Sweet and thin with kind of an artificial after taste. Getting some bubblegum as well. This reminds me of a light lo-cal dancing man.

Bottle - Pours light amber with sparkling carbonation and a big white head. Smells clean with some light barley and grassy hops. There’s not a ton going on with the taste, but it’s smooth. The barley is there again and there’s a little hops on the finish. You also get a touch of honey and malt. The taste isn’t bold or complex, but that’s not really the point here. About the worst I can say about this beer is the carbonation is so jacked up that it’s really hard to taste anything.

12 oz bottle. Filtered orange-yellow color, medium respectable head. Thinnish and relatively subdued stuff, there is still a level of smoothness and classy subtlety that many brewers wish to attain. Sweet, light bodied with some lemony twang. Very mild but pleasant hop character. Great beer.

light pale gold pour with a white head and surprising amount of clingy foam. very little aroma... grain husks, grass and light yeast. add in some light spice and same goes for the flavor. the medium body is crisp and clean yet a touch creamy.

there’s not a whole lot going on but i could drink this for days. this would do well in the desert as a ’hydrating’ beer. 5/3/5/3/14/3.0
