Oct 4, 2007 Pours a sunny gold color with a pillowtop head of white. Creamy lacing remains. Quite active carbonation, easily roused from any sleep. Aromas are pleasing with a bready malt note with a subtle whisper of noble hop. Sweetness lingers around the corner. Cookie dough flavor and mild graininess. Sweet, but with a tempering noble kick to erase it. Much more than drinkable, this is downable.

Sep 24, 2007 12 oz bottle pours clear yellow with a white head. Nose is grainy with a hint of hops. Lagery clean grainy flavors, lightly sweet, malty. its a premium lager, above a few others in the same category.

Sep 19, 2007 12oz bottle. pours clear golden with white head. nose grainy with subtle hop spice to it. flavor is very clean and wet grainy taste. like BMC without the adjuncts. decent hop bitterness, slick mouth feel, and some what sweet malty finish.

Sep 13, 2007 This Premium Lager pours a light gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is wheaty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Lager. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and spicy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Nice beer for a warm summer day. It’s light and crisp yet it has a lot of nice beer like flavors. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Sep 12, 2007 Pale golden colour with a thin white head that quickly dissapates. The aroma is of corn and faint hints of hops. The taste is crisp and clean with some grain and hardly any hops to it. I would call this an American Light Lager and not a Premium Lager.

Sep 11, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Murray’s Liquors in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white ring and some surface bubbles. Aroma of a light white bread, a touch of citrus and some honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with a flavor os white bread, grassy hops, some fruity character and a touch of yeast. Finish is slightly grainy with a semi-sweet honey aftertaste. Closer to a pilsner than a premium lager.
