Commercial Description:
Hearty and full-bodied this is a “Big” bier. Brewed in the Reinheitsgebot tradition, our Bock comes by its mahogany hue naturally. You can expect this bier to be complex and smooth with deep chocolate and coffee undertones, complementing the rich bouquet.

thanks to Ditmeir for the bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with an off white head. Sweet molasses, chocolate and vanilla in the aroma. Taste is Smooth malty, sweet with vanilla chocolate and a touch of coffee. A real nice brew that would be great in the winter.

Bottle thanks to guerinfbfan. Pours a reddish dark brown, with tan head. Chocolate, molasses, caramel, plum, raisin, and a bit of vanilla. Tasty bock, well made. But I’m not completely blown away by it.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Chocolate, vanilla, caramel, sugary sweetness.. tastes like Christmas! Killed a six pack of this over a couple days and would love to get some more.

I loved this! Toasty brown sugar caramel vanilla flavor with some complexity in there - I dunno what. Beautiful and creamy. Couldn’t drink many of them or al the time, but who cares?

Deep brown beer with a thick tan head. The aroma is quite cocoaish with a very nice, clean and well lagered malt character. A little bit of toffeeish sweetness as well that is really damn tasty. A nice mix of vienna, chocolate and some sweet crystal malt. Clean but with a kiss of light date/raisiny sweetness. There is a bit of cocoa/coffeeish flavour on the back. Rich, intense and delicious. These guys nailed this one.

Dark reddish-brown pour with a brown head. Nice sweet aroma with hints of roasted and chocolate malts. Nice creamy flavor- roasted and chocolate malts with the sweetness coming out at the end. The sweetness improves as the beer gets warmer. Lacing on the glass. Glad I bought a 6-er.
