Commercial Description:
In 1985 before The Wall fell, and just after the birth of our youngest daughter, Dan followed his Siren’s Call making the true Brewer’s pilgrimage to the birthplace of modern beer; Pilsen. Inspired by the noble brew he scribbled notes; triple decoction, 100% Czech Moravian malt, fermentation in unlined oak tanks, generous amounts of Saaz Hops, Krausening and a three month ice cold lager. An elegant masterpiece of complexity lost to change in the Czech Republic. We resurrect and invest, by brewing without compromise, that exact Old World recipe and this is the brew - Bohemian Lager.

From bottle courtesy of dpjuart. Light pilsner malt taste with some corny taste. Mild beany hops, tastes like a standard Euro lager. Golden amber clear with thin white head. Medim watery body with medium carbonation. Starts with light malt sweetness, pils body and light beany hops. Overall, a little watery but at least has a decent bitter finish and mild after.

12oz bottle. poured deep gold with a nice white head. Very crisp and clean beer flavor and aroma wise. A great session beer, wish I had more than a couple.

Bottle from skyview. Thanks! Pours a nice bright golden tone with some nice big bubbles and a thin head. The aroma is sweet and grassy. Flavor is that of sour dough bread and sweet grassy hops. The finish is clean and crisp. I have been fiending a clean, crisp, flavorful lager and this really hit the spot.

12oz bottle. Filtered orange tan color. Mellow sweet aroma with a hint of Saaz. Malty with a solid hop balance. Smooth, crisp, pretty straightforward stuff, though completely excellent at the same time. Fresh and extremely drinkable, this really is a great example of the style. Top notch.

Lively apple cider with a thin white airy head. Aroma of noble hops, multi grains and malt. Taste of noble hops start to finish. Mild astringent and roasted malt qualities, some corn on the finish. This is how the macros should taste – but on that note I’ll take something else anyway.

Trade with noncaloric. Bright amber. Light lasting foam. Moderate malt and hoppy nose. Flavour is chewy hops, nuts and straw. There seems to be something detracting from the flavour, perhaps the oak?

Clear, pale gold with a small firm, off-white head. Aroma of sweet and sour grain with a bit of herbal hops. Flavor is herbal hops, sweet grain and malt. It all fades to a nice malty finish.

12oz bottle, thanks Ryan! Pours a nice clear honey gold with a small ,creamy white head. Slightly sour nose with very light fruits, grains, and bittering hops. Flavor is a touch blank. A decent grain and hop presence. A slight sour twang nnounces itself like a berlinner weisse. Not sure what they were really going for here. A decent offering, certainly drinkable, just nothing to really drool over.
