12oz bottle served in a shaker. Golden pour with a light haze and a thin head of off-white foam. Spotty lacing. The aroma consisted of fresh citrusy, herbal hops and bread dough. The flavor had a crisp Saaz bite and a nice bready, pilsner malt backbone. The hops are on the forefront, but the bitterness isn’t overwhelming or astringent. Very clean on the tongue. Medium to full-bodied with a light amount of crisp carbonation. I wish I could have had this when it was really fresh. Still drinking nicely at this point.

Dec 24, 2009 12 oz bottle acquired in trade with Soonah. Pours a clear gold with a 1/2" white head that recedes leaving rings of white lace. Aroma is grains and malt. Thin to medium palate with a crispness to it. Flavor was grains/grass with enough malt to balance it. A bit of spice and a touch of the hop to make it interesting. Nicely balanced brew.

Dec 22, 2009 Bottle from Cavie. Hazy yellow pour with a spotty white head. Aroma is stale fruit and bad beer. Taste is bland, yet bitter. Grass and grains. Well then.

Dec 11, 2009 12 oz bottle. Lightly fogged bronze with a white head. Nose is sourdough bread and lemon candies. Medium body with a soft tang. Taste is lemon peel, vanilla and grass with a touch of orange toffee. Quite nice.
