The flavor is absolutely full of cherry flavor perfectly balanced with a wonderful malt/wheat backbone that makes it taste like a fresh cherry pie, including subtle spices that remind you of cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top. One of my favorite beers! nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Glass:Arcadia Stem.
Appearance:Darkish red pour with a thin pink head.
Aroma:Sweet cherries, cream and cake. Cherries are dominant.
Flavor:Again, sweet cherries dominate, with caramel, cake and a creamy finish.
Palate:Medium body with solid carbonation.
Overall:This was good. I personally enjoy the raspberry tart a little more, but this was excellent.

Huge fresh cherries - sweet and tart, cherry tree leaves, cinnamon/nutmeg/brown sugar like spice, wood, cherry pie, fruit roll up. Medium, balanced body. Easily the best non sour fruit beer I’ve had. mrkimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Feb 8, 2003 Opaque red. . . Creamy off white, lasting head. A cascading blanket of cherries encompasses me, filling every pour on my body. Soon tart cherries seep into my mouth, spicy and sweet they wrap my tongue and penetrate every taste bud. None resist, all cry out for more. . . as cherries ooze among them once again, they are happy. nickd717 (1389), Palo Alto, California, USA

Pours a cloudy ruby red with a nice off-white head. Aroma of cherries and spices. Flavor is sweet cherry pie with cinnamon and brown sugar. Bready pie crust notes really add to it. Mouthfeel is incredibly smooth and silky. Best fruit beer I’ve ever had, hands down. tytoanderso (1387), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
