Bottle. Small tan fizzy head that quickly dissipated, minimal lacing, transparent, minimal carbonation, and a red hue with some orange peeking through on the sides of my glass. Malty, caramel, sweet, some hops, and some fruit taste. Smooth, thin mouthfeel. Light body. I have experienced better of this style which is a style that I truly took a liking too; however, this one never really made a statement. Disappointing.

Bottle. Pours a dark copper-brown body with a small white ring of head. The aroma has caramel, sweet cookies, toast, butterscotch, and wood. The body has sparkly carbonation with sweet caramel flavour and bread fluffiness. Tasty enough.

A dark red/brown pour. A not so definite aroma. A decent spicy flavor with a decent slightly bitter finish. A just so light weak palate. I missed this beer at Noogfest but I’m not sure how much I missed. Not bad but not great.

This poured a rubyish brown color. The aroma is quite malty with some dark fruit, chocolate, and caramel. Some caramel and nutmeg flavors are present. The mouthfeel was rather thin. It was ok but rather one dimensional.

Bottle.-Brown, medium lightly tanned top. Solid, full- malty aroma, good depth, gentle fruity character. Medium-full bodied, very clean work. Fruity, malty. Very smooth no rough dry alcohol here. Very well made strong lager that seems often is underappreciated here.

I don’t know what is "doppel" about this. It is a lighter bock. Hardly any aroma at all; just a hint of malt. The flavor is sweet and bocky; some caramel and more malt. No alcohol in the aroma or flavor of this light brown beer. Not bad, but very expensive for what it is.

From 22oz Bottle. Pours a deep ruby brown color with a tall frothy yellowish head. Aromas of celery, blackberries, light chocolate malt, and some faint caramel sweetness. Rich body with full flavors, but the complexity level isn’t high. A bit of earthy woodiness, a touch of sourness, and an interesting light vegetal spice that keeps reminding me of celery. Nothing mind blowing, but easily drinkable. I like this beer much better when I just drink it and stop contemplating it. Thanks, Dee!

Malty sweet, floral hoppy aroma with caramel. Hops, tangerine, black pepper, tangy, tannic, high gravity. Mouthy, very mouthy. Finishes out with a kick. A fairly big beer.
