Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit - peaches being the strongest, but also spicy notes - especially of coriander. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fresh fruit, hops, over ripe fruit, and alcohol, which in the latter part really makes its presence known, and leads to a bitter finish.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of sliffy. Clear amber golden with a yellowish, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, Danish rye and a slight acidity. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel, sweetish roasted malt and a little caramel. Rather subdued bitterness. Pleasant and highly drinkable. 190408

Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #2: Pours hazy amber with a diminished white head. Aroma is fruity and barley. Initial flavour is light woody, caramel and with a light bitterness. Shows a light sweetness to the caramel malt following. Light fruity note swept in a light caramel malt base, light spice and acidic touch into the finish.

(22oz bottle) Clear copper body with small beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some chocolate, raisin. Taste is moderately sweet, raisin, chocolate, caramel. Medium-full body. Not bad, but the contrast between this and the Two Brothers Incinerator I had right before it reveals how much this falls short of the mark.
