ceffalo (38), , Texas, USA Feb 5, 2009 Black with dark tan head, very carbonated. Aroma is nice mild chocolate accented with bourbon.
Taste is light chocolate with a touch of vanilla and even, imagine, milk. A note of butter, too. Not too rich, but not watery, either. Highly drinkable flavor and little bitterness. brewmaster55 (48), , Wisconsin, USA Feb 5, 2009 Dragon’s Milk is the New Holland Brewing Company Brew of choice for myself and the gang.
