Commercial Description:
Dragon’s Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.

pours a dark color w/ a thin tan head and some carb bubbles laces pretty well. a roasted malty nose w/ hints of floral in it. Palate is pretty middle of the road. Flavor finishes w/ a nice warm alcohol warmth. A woody cask aged whiskey like malty flavor w/ an odd bitter hops. Pretty solid beer. Thanks to Blake for bringing this.

22 oz bottle from Liquor Outlet. Brown in color with some ruby highlights, small lasting head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel/molasses, vanilla, and oak. Taste is smooth and malty, alot of molasses, touches of chocolate and tobacco, oak, vanilla and some well integrated whiskey. Some alcohol warm in the finish but very drinkable. Full bodied. Very nice.

Dark and almmost black with a thick tan head. Aroma is sweet and not too strong. Taste is very sweet at first with a sharp hint of liquor. Malt is balnced with the sweetness taking over... and very tasty. Great brew here!

Deep chocolate brown, thin creamy light tan head. Interesting and somewhat complex nose of oak, dried fig and prune, caramelized brown sugar, and light chocolate, with lesser notes of vanilla and bourbon brought into the mix upon warming. Flavor was unexpected based on the initial aromas with a tangy light soured roasty woodiness jumping to the forefront. Definite notes of dried citrus peel and cherry are mixed in for a wacky flavor profile which really grew on me. Full bodied, light carbonation, tangy, dry, semi-bitter finish. Nice change-up thrown here...

Dark brown to black in color would be clear. Not much of its beige head. Smell is Three Musketeers bar, caramel, and chocolate, and wood. Tasste is coffee, candy bar, caramel, and chocolate. Medium body, nice mouthfeel, good malty finish.

Deep black, slightly orange-tinted head. Smells of cocoa, lots of butter, some cheese. Flavor is coffee bitter with some chocolate, then cheesy again. Vaguely roasty, some peat/smoke.
