(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of bubblegum, mustiness, pepper, and coriander. Flavor of Belgian yeast, light soap, citrus, and candi sugar with a somewhat chalky finish.

Pours a semi clear golden colour with a small white head. Sampled at The Local Tavern-pre party night...Nioce and spicey but nothing that stood out too much. A pleasent creamy yet very clean mouthfeel. Soft fruity aftertaste. Great beer, but maybe a tad soft in the style.

On tap at the brewpub. Deep yellow with a white head and some lacing. Yeasty and spicey taste, some sourness. Yeasty aroma. Average mouthfeel. Drying. Fine for style, although I was not a big fan of it.

On tap at new holland. Clear golden with white head. Aroma is big bubblegum, yeast and alc, perfume as well. Flavor is alc, perfume, punch you in the face bubblegum, pretty sweet. Medium with light creamy body. A little bit of a mess.

Live rate sampled at the brewpub. Belgian farmhouse yeast was definitely utilized for this brew. Strong creamy Belgian yeast characteristics sweet and doughy with citrus and an earthiness. Citrus fruity sweet flavors spices. Slight funk, earth and alcohol with the spice in the finish. The bubblegum and alcohol show themselves more as it warms. It gets more and more messy and less enjoyable.
