Light amber pour with medium head and unexpectedly.... floaties! Crisp and slightly tart grainy aroma. Grainy, with some bitterness and definite notes of burning hair. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 18, 2007 12oz bottle. Aroma: Grainy, bready maltiness. Light herbal and floral hops with a slight hop spiciness. Appearance: Light golden in color and clear. Bright white head was huge and foamy with ridiculous retention. Great lacing. Flavor: Grainy maltiness, light citrus, floral, and spicy hops. Light bitterness and a clean finish. Palate: Light bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Not bad. Drinkable with some nice hop flavor and bitterness. I’d drink this again if it were available. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
