banana clove acid cereal grain aroma. pale straw beer with huge excitable whitehead. flavor unfortunately not as good as single malt whiskey - like a bare pilsener with sweet hop. not bad.. more like boring 7up. palate is definitely overcarbonated 7up.

12 Oz Bottle. Gusher! Pours with a clear yellow pallor, quite thin. Six inches of rocky off-white head climb my glass and streak the sides with broken panes of lace. Aroma is an almost wrenching waft of sickly sour malt and aged grains. Hay and lemons left in the bottom of corona bottles are elicted. On the tongue, a surprising whack of heavy sweetness and certain sourness, but staying within the lager spectrum. I have to give them points for providing flavor in a beer this shade and style. Honestly, this is reminiscent of a Berliner Weisse, somehow. The Sour Patch kid tang draws a breath of lemon and light grain. There are no infected tones, or off-flavors. Just a potent sweet-sour attack. Hops are too laid back, this should have a gentle hopping bite to balance. All that’s left on my tongue is a distant green apple skin. Okay, in some level of retrospect, there’s definately some errant Brett in here.

Slightly cloudy and golden. Malts were grainy and only mildly sweet. Hops were rather aromatic, with lemony citrus and flowers. Some sourness as well. Kind of Dort-like in some ways. Strong bitterness kept it from becoming too refreshing.

Very, very tart, lemony aroma - is something wrong with this bottle?? There are 2 distinct layers in the beer: a very cloudy top layer than takes up 3/4 of the glass, and the very bottom layer, which has managed to become clear. Weird. Smells like a lambic. Why? The flavor is very tart, and not very lager-like at all. Bitter and sour, not smooth, and certainly not refreshing. Hardly malty, and the most prominent flavor is certainly lemons.

Pours cloudy yellow with a HUGE head - aroma is very peppery and sour - tastes kind of like lemon water, and not much else - if I wanted to drink beers like this, I would buy Bud - I consider it an insult to be charged 8 bucks a six pack for something like this.

Slight pepperish aroma with a light golden pour and white head. Head is small but of conisderable duration and lacing. The flavor is slightly spicey with a mild finish.

unlike the mad hatter, this is a one hop, one malt beer, very simple, very tasty, and hard to get enough of the smooth taste

Single malt, single hop, singular exquisite taste! This is a great beer, and damned be he that says "enough"!
