Jun 29, 2005 Thanks to eyedrinkale. This was a rather interesting ale, Nice golden body, tight foamy white head. There was a slight yeast-malt nose, but lacking there. And the taste was off, maybe skunk? This was not as good as i hoped for.

Jun 24, 2005 Bottle. Pours a bright yellow/gold with a large foamy white head. Nose is freshness like outdoors, a bit of pepper and spice. Taste is nice and outdoorsy with again some pepper and a hint of citrus and bitterness in the end.

Jun 3, 2005 Pour is a bland yellow with a white head. Arom is nice and hoppy. Flavor is more hoppy then malty and very crisp and clean. This is a lighter beer but it is big on flavor. Seek this one out.

May 25, 2005 Draft at New Holland. Light amber hue with an average rocky white head. An average aroma of sweet malt and light hops. Light body with a creamy texture. Flavor was heavy sweet with a light bitter finish.

May 23, 2005 Festival tap. Light amber to golden colored. Citric hoppy aroma. Light tom medium bodied. Hops tend to run harsh. Bitterness is lasting. This is a lager?? Did I get the right beer??

May 19, 2005 Updated: Jul 5, 2005This pours a highly carbonated, pale yellow body with an amazingly tall, rocky white head. (I had to wait a solid five minutes before I could attempt to drink.) The aroma is a light, mildy sweet malt with floral hopping and a hit of lemon zest. It’s light-bodied but lively with dancing carbonation. The flavor is delicate, sweet malts with lemon and orange rind on the back of the throat. Crisp, bitter finish. Nice. This one malt, one hop beer would be a delight to anyone who appreciates a well crafted lager. Apr 28, 2005 Pours straw with a white head that laces some and forms a slight haze over the top. Aroma is saaz hops pure saaz hops. Flavor is light malts at the start and a sharp citrus flavor on the back. Very crisp and carbonated enough to make it feel decent on the palate. I’m not usually big on a beer this light in appearance but overall this one is a nice brew if you are looking for something on the light side.

Apr 23, 2005 Pours a hazy golden-straw with a nice fizzy white head that leaves some lacing in my glass. Flowery and grassy aromas, bready cracker like flavors. Light bodied with a crisp and carbonated mouthfeel, finishes dry and bitter. I must have gotten a really fresh bottle, this is a damn nice beer.
