Well onto the beer. A decent odor er scent of grass and lemons. A cloudy yellow appearance with a large head. A little bit of saaz hoppiness exists but not much. I could see this being a decent session lager if it wasnt a bubbly and fizzy as champagne. Overall its pretty good. Did I mention its way too carbonated. Ok I guess I did. jtw (944), farmington, Michigan, USA

Astringent perfumey hops w/ some grassy and fruity (pineapple) hints. Taste a bit of fruity hops (light tropical / pineapple again) with sugar cookie malt. Smooth, but too fizzy of a body. Ok.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 14, 2005 Hazy gold topped by a creamy bone white head. The aroma is grainy, baking bread, and light spicy saaz. the flavor is quite similar to the aroma though hot baking bread aroma is much less and the hops are much more pronounced. Surprisingly bitter. The body is medium-light, the palate crisp and assertive. This would make a great lawnmower beer. JasonG (701), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 20, 2005 Straw yellow color, clear, medium sized white head. Aroma is yeasty, with barley, crisp. Flavor is dry, smooth, not particularly interesting. Overall it’s just an "ok" brew, more hype and fancy packaging than quality beer.

Aroma is lightly spiced, and mostly grain. Taste is is more malt and dough. Not my cup ’o tea but I guess I’m not a fan of the style (unlike the rest of America).
