Commercial Description:
Full Circle is a deceptively simple beer. Its made with a single malt, a single hop, and our singleminded approach to brewing: make the best. Period. The result is a beer light in body yet still rich with taste and character. Whether youre a seasoned beer aficionado or new to hand-crafted brews, everyone can enjoy the smooth, surprising taste of Full Circle.

Hazy, peachy, golden hue, slim, smallish, still fuzzy, creamy head. Aroma is gorgeous, really, creamy, with flavors of light fruit, and lord help me, almonds. Taste is creamy and smooth, light and silky, with a subtle sophisticated citric flavor that yields further fruits, pineapple, white grapes, and more. There’s a brightness in the yeast, a fullness of flavor that can’t be denied. Light in body, yet never wavering when it comes to flavor. Damn, but this is one little great brewery that shows again and again what it can do! I’d slog these down by the barrel-full if I could!

8/15/04: Bottle.
Stale hop aroma. Lemon yellow body with a pure white head. Lacing. Flavors of hops, malt and dirty lemon. Slight citrus finish.

Tap. Pours a clear straw color with a nice white head. The aroma is of clean hop notes.. It goes down with a light body and slightly bready malt quality. It finishes with crisp hop finish. Pretty balanced, though. I normally do not like pilsners too much but this beer is quickly becoming a favorite.

Cloudy yellow, wit-looking with a thin head. Heavy scotch malt flavor, very dry. Some grassiness at finish. Simple.

12oz bottle no BBD date Pale straw, dead head, slight ring of foam and lace...earthy, doughy slightly hop spicy aroma. Nice balance, light body, crisp dry bitter finish. Something like a light pils meets a bitter. Yeast flavor apparent. Watery with very little carbonation. More malt & hops than a Heineken though. Nothing ponderous or offensive. A safe micro.

3rd of 4 New Hollands in my current cellar. Haven’t had Full Circle and am very eager to try it. A deceptively simple beer full circle is. Don’t get me wrong its very well done but not complex in any way. I don’t know I would have named this kind of beer Full Circle. Its good and worth trying but it doesn’t overpower you. Very nice beer.

I’m going into this with low expectations, clear yellow appearance with a fizzy white head, pissy malt-lager aroma, at this point I’m assuming the worst and then POW! where did all of these bitters come from? hops take over the malts, subtle hints of citrus, smooth light mouthfeel, bitter finish that masks the typical water feel that I associate with lagers, if I hadn’t tried it for myself I would have thrown this into the booooo holland category, I’m not saying this is great but its definatly not bad and is likely underated, I dig the celtic knot design as well.

(12 oz bottle, obtained in trade from bkelley68, thanks Brian!) Pretty solid micro pale lager that in fact might qualify as a German style pilsner; Lightly malty, but well hopped in comparison, so despite being marketed as a "single malt beer," the spicy, moderately bitter hops definitely takes center stage here; The finish is fairly hoppy, with some moderate bitterness and slightly sweet; Very clean, crisp and dry palate; The nose is moderately hoppy; Pale yellow in color, and fairly hazy; Off-white head gradually fades to a small ring, so retention is about average; Some modest lacing here and there
