12oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, medium-golden color; white head with decent formation and patchy lacing. Sugar, light citrus, and bread in the aroma; reasonably dry, if somewhat muted. Medium mouthfeel: crisp and dry throughout, with plenty of toasty malts, crackers, light citrus notes, and a touch of mineral bitterness; a very drinkable, dry, toasty kolsch; the malt character at the core is dominated by basic sugar notes, but it’s still pretty tasty and crisp overall. Medium finish: toasty malts / crackers and a light, lingering mineral bitterness; ends dry and toasty.

Bottle; pours a ruddy, slightly hazy, yellow color with a white head. Aroma of biscuit, grass, earth and sweetness. Great summertime beer. A good amount of earthy/grass hops in the finish, but not overly bitter. Backbone of sweet biscuit malt. Nothing ground breaking, but a good representation of the style.

Bottle shared by dragonstout at the Winking Lizard. Poured a hazy yellow. Nice aroma of wet grass. Flavor was kind of sweet up front, like sweet corn...But the finish was weird. A wet sock kind of funk that I did not care for.

Had with Amanda Friday night after work. This will be our last time out before she leaves tomorrow to go home. Very nice nose of great grains. Oh look at the lace on this glass! Very nice. Pours a pale straw. The while fluffy head is fully lasting. The front is toasty with low acidity in the middle. The long finish is very malty. The light dry body is crisp.

Bottle - Pours yellow with a sun=bstantial, but quickly diminishing white head. Yeast floaties are present. Grainy and earthy aroma. The flavor is just not as crisp as I like in a Kolsch. I’m also fairly turned off by the sharp bitter finish.

Clearish pale yellow pour with thin white head. Aroma of stale grain. Hops seem a bit on the spicy side. A little butter and corn in the flavor. Medium thin body is very nice and refreshing. Decent Kolsch.

Looks like any other pale yellow american beer but has a very slight haze. Gentle yeasty aroma. Ok fizz on the palate. Gentle in it’s own way on the taste buds. Some hop feel to it but mostly well behaved. Mild bitter linger on the finish. Decent brew.

Brightly hazed gold, creamy white head. Light aromas of grassy wheat bread rest on notes of sweet lemon and toasted grains. Muddled citrus flavors ride notes of nutty earthy wheat. Light bodied and thin, light carbonation, dry wheat finish. Non-offensive, but just very bland and basic…
